Job Summary

Pro-Art Dental Laboratory Ltd., a leading full-service dental laboratory in Toronto, is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Denture Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in all aspects of denture fabrication — including complete dentures, partial dentures, overdentures, implant-supported dentures, and all-on-4 restorations from set-up to trim and finish.

Responsibilities

• Perform all procedures related to denture fabrication (including overdentures, implant dentures, partial dentures, all-on-4, all on X and attachments).
• Set up teeth with proper occlusion, function, and aesthetics
• Trim, polish, and finish acrylic prosthetics with precision.
• Perform denture repairs and adjustments efficiently.
• Work with materials and systems such as Lucitone 199, Ivocap, Valplast, Enigma, Eclipse, Flexite, Swissdent, Veloplast, Duroflex, and Visioclean.
• Read and interpret detailed work orders and dentist prescriptions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation following lab safety and quality protocols.
• Demonstrate knowledge in manual and CAD/CAM processes.
• Ensure proper mold selection, aesthetics, and occlusion setup.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry innovations.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Denture Technician (required)
• Language: Good English communication skills
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in full mouth setup all-on-4, all on X
• Personal Skills:
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Excellent customer service knowledge
