Job description

We are an established, full-service dental laboratory seeking for an experienced Sales Account Manager with Dental background.

Dentists, Dental treatment coordinators and patient coordinators with good product knowledge and customer service skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Grow sales through implementing sales strategy within territory, prospecting and developing new business, maintaining and developing customer relationships
• Meet individual sales quotas and overall sales objectives
• Customer Management, Product Knowledge, Market Intelligence, Communications and Reporting
• Present products and services to customers, investigate and present market opportunities to the company to maximize sales and cultivate new business
• Strengthen existing client relationships by providing ongoing support towards ensuring overall client satisfaction and long-term relationship
• Assess client needs, provide product options and solutions
• Efficiently and effectively, manage all required administrative functions, such as daily reports

Requirements:

• Sales experience in the Dental industry; Cosmetic and Implant experience would be an asset.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone skills with B2B experience preferred.
• Skilled to close the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
• Relationship building skills, strong planning and organizing aptitudes are a must.
• Ability to respond quickly and competently to customer requests.
• Strong believer in own capabilities, persuasive and positive.
• Time management skills with attention to detail.
• Salesforce experience will be considered an asset.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Existing relationships in dental industry would be an asset.

Digital Dentistry Assistant Manager

Salary range: $60,000 – 80,000

Job description

We are looking to bring onboard a full-time experienced Dental Professional with working knowledge of digital technology.

Main tasks:

• Manage all digital Pro-guide implant planning in collaboration with surgeons and dentists. Work with the designated company technical team to ensure the surgery guides are synchronized to prosthetic restorative plans.
• Manage on full arch “all-on-4” or “all-on-6” guided surgical plans together with temporary, already converted bridges. Work collaboratively with the designated technical team, starting from the pre-prosthetic planning stage, to ensure a quality outcome. Full process with bone reduction surgery guides, bites, surgery guide plans, print models, place implant analogs, and restore temporary bridges for all full arch will be the standard process.
• Become an expert on all implant systems used in our lab such as Nobel BioCare, Straumann, Astra Tech, BioHorizon, Zimmer/Biomet and others.
• Become proficient with digital planning software such coDiagnostiX, DDX, 360 imagine and others.
• Learn and effectively use the Zirkonzahn’s Face Hunter PlaneSystem®.
• Provide troubleshooting for 3D printing issues, liaising with equipment manufacturers when necessary to resolve 3D printing problems or the 3D printing process.
• Update and maintain DME libraries for CAD/CAM department to import the latest components in the system.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service department to provide technical support and solutions to Doctors as required.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of digital technology such as CBCT to support surgeons in planning procedures using software such as co-Diagnostix, 3Shape Implant Studio and 360 DPS.
• Must be knowledgeable with oral surgical procedures as well as implant restorations.
• Must have good knowledge of the major Implant systems.
• Ability to work effectively with our digital, CAD/CAM and prosthetic teams to provide complete planning utilizing our Face Hunter Software.
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning the latest advancements in digital technology.
• Excellent communication skills – English language
• At least 1 year of CAD/CAM experience.
• Dental Degree preferred.
